AHC Benelux becomes Mifa Surface Treatment

On 1 June 2019, AHC Benelux B.V. Venlo will formally merge with Mifa Aluminium BV. The new name under which we will continue our operations is Mifa Surface Treatment. Together with Mifa, we are eager to realize our ambitious growth plans.

Mifa Aluminium BV and Mifa Surface Treatment

The merger with Mifa means we will be better able to serve our customers from a technology perspective.

Mifa is a specialist in aluminium extrusion profiles and produces completely finished precision products with dimensional tolerances from ±0.02 mm. This accuracy in aluminium profiles offers unprecedented possibilities.

Mifa Surface Treatment has fully automated production lines and the technical know-how to advise its customers. We provide mechanical, electrochemical, and galvanic surface treatments. We can also supply polymer layers based on dip coating, spray coating, and powder coating processes, as well as priming and wet painting. It is unique for a company to have all this under one roof, and we are proud of that fact.

Certifications

Mifa Surface Treatment is IATF16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certified. In addition to this, we as Mifa are also AS9100 certified. The aerospace industry places strict demands on the quality of surface treatments. The AS9100 certificate is confirmation that Mifa Surface Treatment’s production and operating systems meet all quality standards for all industries.

The future

We will receive additional support from various Mifa departments straightaway and start optimising machines and processes. This support will help us realize our growth plans even faster and more effectively. In the relatively short term, we will also start building brand-new offices (more information to follow).
